- All University units that have a Comptroller's account number.
- All federal, state, county, and local governmental units. AR account numbers are required.
- All official organizations associated with the University.
- Faculty, staff, and students when their request is for their own personal use.

Proofs: We do many of our proofs by e-mail to speed up the printing process and make it more convenient for our customers. One exception to this is 4 color printing and/or copying In most cases, it is critical for customers to view colors on paper rather than on the computer. Color is an area where there are many, many factors that determine what the real finished product will look like.
Digital Black & White Copies: We have the capabilities to produce big copy jobs very quickly. Our high-speed digital printers provide high quality images with quick turnarounds.
Digital Color Copies : Our digital graphics and business color copiers are great for your small quantity digital color copies.
Requesting an estimate: To receive an estimate just click on our WEB ORDERING link or email us at msuprinting@printing.msstate.edu. Just let us know the details and quantities of your job and we will gladly get you a quote back within one day or sooner if needed. If there are details you are unsure of like paper names and weights, ink colors, etc., please come by and see our sample books or let us help by answering your questions. Bringing a sample of what you like is always helpful if you have one. If the job is a reprint and you can provide the last order number that was placed with us, nothing else is needed unless you have changes to make before we reprint.
Paying for your printing job: For MSU departments, all we need is a banner account number to process your job. For all other customers and/or students, all we need is your AR account number. If you do not have an AR account number we can help get you set up with one when you call or come in. We also accept cash, credit card, or MSU money mate as payment.

Delivery: We deliver with no charge to on-campus departments for most all of our finished jobs at customer request.
Mail: MSU Mail Services is right next door to us. We will gladly deliver your job to MSU Mail Services for faster processing of your order. They can process your mailouts and save you postage dollars with the latest in mail processing technology.
